Our RSVP System provides a way to invite people online to a single event, or it will direct possible attendees to a page to select from many ongoing events.

Our RSVP System has been used to schedule events, receive confirmations online, send reminders, and analyze data for a variety of events. Many of them have been for large numbers of events, such as movie screenings that are held across the country for upcoming films.

The system is web-based, and so the latest RSVP information is viewed in real-time and can be administered from any internet connection.

The administrative side provides powerful methods of analyzing the data collected by the system, including a dashboard view of the latest activity, a grid of events sorted by those that are most full in order to determine which events need more exposure, and more. Events can be organized into categories and/or by event location/host (such as theater).
